Weddington Acres is a newer gated subdivision in Weddington between Vintage Creek and the southern section of Brookhaven. There are approximately 25 lots on this 41-acre tract with some backing to power lines. There are resale lots in this subdivision from time to time if you are looking to build. This gated subdivision will include private roads. There will be two entrances to the neighborhood—one off Weddington Matthews Road and the other off Antioch Church Road.
