Quintessa

Quintessa is a large, gated community of primarily brick homes on large lots in Wesley Chapel.  The neighborhood began around 2005 with Bonterra Builders, but some limited new construction lots are still available (see below).  Homes vary from single-story ranches to larger basement homes, with most homes ranging from around 3,700 square feet to just over 7,000 square feet.  Home sites are generous and average just over an acre in size.  Three-car garages are the standard in Quintessa, but there are some properties with four-car garages.

Limited new construction by Taylor Morrison starts from the mid $600’s to the mid $700’s.  Their current floor plans range from 3,900 to 5,400 square feet.

Amenities include a community swimming pool as well as a pond with fountain and covered dock.  Homeowners’ dues are around $1580 per year.  Neighborhood children are currently zoned to attend Wesley Chapel Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High Schools for the 2020-2021 school year.
