Addington Crossing is a newer single-family subdivision in Wesley Chapel. There are 51 lots on approximately 103 acres, which will be divided into two sections. The north section of around 21 homes will be accessed off Hudson Church Road. The southern portion will have 30 homes and will be located off Potter Road across from Beulah Church Road and Candella.
Home sizes range from just over 2,600 square feet for a two-story home and increase from there with some finished basement homes just under 5,000 square feet. Large lots are service by county water and sewer.
The builder was Lennar and there are no community amenities. Homeowners fees are around $760 per year.
Union county schools currently have this area zoned for Wesley Chapel Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High Schools for the 2020-2021 school year.
