Brookhaven

Brookhaven community entrance

Brookhaven is a large planned community of over 500 homes. The subdivision is a mix of houses ranging from smaller, craftsman style houses with front-load, two-car garages to larger, full-brick stunners with stone, custom features, finished third floors, and basements. John Wieland started this neighborhood in 2004 and wrapped construction of its final homes around 2014.

Residents of Brookhaven enjoy the host of amenities that people have come to expect from a Wieland neighborhood: a huge clubhouse, an aquatic park with a triple-loop water slide and lazy river, lighted tennis courts, sports courts, walking trails, and playgrounds.  HOA fees are approximately $440 per quarter. Home prices generally range from the $700’s to around $1.5 million.

Children in the neighborhood are currently zoned for Antioch Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High Schools.   Its close proximity to the Mecklenburg line makes for a short trip to the Brace Family YMCA, Colonel Francis Beatty Park,  the Plantation Market Shopping Center, and the McKee Farms Shopping Center.  Brookhaven is known as a family-friendly, active neighborhood.  If you think Brookhaven may be the place to start your home search, contact Nancy at (704)577-0023 today!
