Heritage is a new development located along Wesley Chapel Road next to Sheridan and Taylor Glenn. Sales have just started on this exciting new community that will have various housing options, including some for seniors. This will be a large master-planned community totaling around 435 homes when complete. The Indian Trail section will contain 316 lots on 163 acres of which approximately 102 lots will be age-restricted. The Wesley Chapel section will have 119 lots.

The neighborhood will also feature ponds, walking trails, and sidewalks. Homeowners dues for the 55+ sections from Essex and Eastwood Homes will be around $165 per month and include lawn maintenance.
Neighborhood children are zoned for Sun Valley Elementary, Sun Valley Middle, and Sun Valley High schools for the 2018-2019 school year.
Essex Homes will be building patio homes in a 55+, low maintenance section of Heritage. Floor plans start around 1600 square feet with options for up to almost 3,000 square feet. Prices start from the high $200’s. Homes are expected to range from the mid $300’s to mid $400’s.
Eastwood Homes will also be building homes for active adults in this new community. Prices start from the high $200’s for their smallest 1700+ square foot Fenwick plan. Homes are expected to range from the high $200’s to high $300’s.
M/I Homes will be building 103 ranch and two-story style homes in the single-family section of Heritage. These homes will feature fiber cement siding with accents of brick and stone.
