Heritage Hall is a residential neighborhood of 120 homes that started around 2008. The location off Calvin Hall Road is close to Ballantyne and only one mile from the North Carolina line. Former builders here include Ryan Homes, D.R. Horton, and CalAtlantic Homes. The homes typically range from around 2,000 square feet with three bedrooms up to over 3,400 square feet with 6 bedrooms. Lots in Heritage Hall are around 1/4 to 1/3 of an acre in size, and homes generally sell in the $300’s.
Lennar is currently building 25 new homes in the final phase of this community. These newly built two-story homes will feature fiber cement siding with options for stone or brick accents. Homeowners association dues are around $100 per quarter. There is not a pool, but there is common green area with a gazebo. Neighborhood children are zoned to attend Harrisburg Elementary, Indian Land Middle, and Indian Land High for the 2018-2019 school year.
