Covington is a new large, planned subdivision off Barberville and Harrisburg Roads in Indian Land being built by Essex Homes. The Villas have started sales already, and the Traditions section is coming soon.
The Villas at Covington is the new 55+ section of Covington. These ranch-style home plans range from around 1,600 square feet with their Madison plan up to over 3,700 square feet with their Timberlin plan. Homes feature front-load, two-car garages with the exception of a few plans offering three-car garages. Prices in this section start in the $300’s.
The Traditions at Covington is the single-family section with plans starting from their 2,200-square foot Muirfield plan to their over 4,400-square foot Springfield plan with options. Prices in this section start in the $400’s.
Homeowners association dues are pending. There are plans for a pool with splash zone and a clubhouse. Neighborhood children are zoned to attend Harrisburg Elementary, Indian Land Middle, and Indian Land High for the 2018-2019 school year.
