Wesley Oaks is an established neighborhood located just behind the Target shopping center in Wesley Chapel. There is a back entrance to the shopping center for convenient access to the shops and restaurants. These homes were built by Centex around 2004-2007 and are generally two and three stories with some basements. Home sizes range from around 2,300 square feet up to over 5,000 square feet and lots range from one-third of an acre up to just under 1 acre with the majority right around one-half acre in size. The homes are a traditional style with vinyl siding and brick or stone accents.
Neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool with kid’s splash area, a clubhouse, and a playground. Homeowner’s dues are approximately $550 per year.
School aged children are currently zoned for Wesley Chapel Elementary, Sun Valley Middle, and Sun Valley High Schools for the 2016-2017 school year.
