This site is the result of my ongoing effort to create a fresh approach to searching for a new home. You can look at individual property listings on an endless number of websites out there, but what are you missing? Many of these emerging subdivisions, local builders, and custom home lots can be very difficult to find information about and time-consuming to keep up with. That’s where I come in! I am a hyper-local real estate broker specializing in the Weddington & Waxhaw area. If you have reached this page, you have probably been researching new construction options in my area of expertise. I live in, work in, and stay on top of issues and new developments in this part of Union county like no one else. I enjoy sharing my knowledge, connections, and insights with clients that are looking to make this area their home, too.
I find that today’s busy clients need relevant information – not just pages of cookie cutter listings. Home purchasers have access to so many online listing resources, but sometimes it is hard to know how to even begin searching for a home in a brand new area to minimize your time and frustration. Local: Yes, I really do live here, work here, shop here, and my kids went to school here from elementary school to high school. I keep up-to-date on this area like no other real estate agent. I attend town meetings and do my best to stay informed about everything that impacts our community, from schools to power lines to new subdivisions.
Experienced: I know real estate. This is not my hobby. I am here not to sell you a home, but to advise you. I have an experienced background as a certified residential real estate appraiser, which required years of supervised training to hone my skills in evaluating a home, market, or neighborhood. My peers often call me to discuss their problems or difficult properties, and they are already working in the real estate business!
Personal: You will be working with me. I don’t lure you in with my sales pitch and then hand you off to others throughout the process. I enjoy what I do and being involved in the process with you and your family. If you are looking for that team approach, then I am probably not the right fit for you.
