Neighborhood Entry
Shannon Vista is an Eastwood Homes community that started back in 2006 and currently still has some new construction homes available. Homes in the neighborhood are a mix of ranches and two and three story homes and they are generally vinyl siding with some brick or stone accents. Prices start in the low $200’s and go up to the high $300’s for homes anywhere from 1,800 square feet to around 3,700 square feet. Lots are around one-third to one-half acre. Garages vary from front load to a few side load and some properties have a three car garage. Neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool with kid’s splash area, a clubhouse, and a playground. Homeowner’s dues are approximately $520 per year.
School aged children are currently zoned for New Town Elementary, Cuthbertson Middle, and Cuthbertson High School for the 2015-2016 school year.
