Subdivisions currently selling:

Atherton Estates by Shea Homes is located off Weddington and Weddington-Matthews Roads.  Final phase is starting

Harlow’s Crossing – Under construction off Weddington-Matthews Road

The Falls at Weddington is a large 185 lot subdivision with amenities located off Antioch Church Road.  Builders will include

Canisteo is a brand new subdivision of approximately 14 custom homes. 

Cardinal Crest – located off Hemby Road

Highlands at Weddington – 44 home sites located off Antioch Church Road

Weddington Preserve  is a 48-lot subdivision by Pulte 

Vintage Creek will have 90 total lots on 116 acres and is located off Weddington-Matthews Road. Last phase is now open with limited lots remaining.

Addington Crossing  is now selling homes by Lennar

Casalino is a new subdivision by Taylor Morrison with homes from the mid $500’s.

Quintessa still has remaining new construction opportunities with Taylor Morrison from the $700’s.

Ellington Downs is a newer subdivision from Meritage with homes from the high $200’s.

Tuscan Ridge has a few new construction opportunities off Hemby Road.

The Meadows at Weddington has lots still available with your choice of 4 custom home builders.

Proposed subdivisions:

Twin Lakes is an emerging custom subdivision with 82 lots available from around $225,000 up to $450,000. Lots range from 1/3 ac to to 1.5 ac.

Weddington Acres is a new gated subdivision selling lots

Woodford Chase is a proposed subdivision of 9 lots

The Woods of Weddington – Proposed custom neighborhood located off 84/Weddington Road

Hemby Place – Proposed 35 lot subdivision by Classica Homes located off Providence Road.
