The Falls at Weddington is a large 185 lot subdivision with amenities located off Antioch Church Road.  Builders will include

The Woods of Weddington – Proposed custom neighborhood located off 84/Weddington Road

Cardinal Crest – located off Hemby Road

Atherton Estates by Shea Homes. Prices start in the $600’s with four sides brick, 4600+ sq ft, and side entry garages.   Phase 2 starting

McKinley Forest is another Shea community in the Weddington area located off Lester Davis Rd.  SOLD OUT! 

Vintage Creek will have 90 lots on 116 acres and is located off Weddington-Matthews Road.  Home sites will be serviced by county water and sewer and will be approximately a third of an acre.  Construction by  CalAtlantic Homes continues with prices starting around the high $500’s
