The Falls at Weddington will be a large 227 lot subdivision located on over 287 acres off Antioch Church Road. Homes will be on county water and sewer. Preliminary plans had 185 homes, but recently the Enclave at Weddington has been incorporated into The Falls. The main neighborhood entrance is a divided entry road leading to a traffic circle with the clubhouse directly across the circle. The entry monument is stone and has a waterfall feature. A four-acre amenity center is under construction and will feature a high end clubhouse with fitness center and an approximately 40′ by 80′ swimming pool for residents. This subdivision is currently zoned for Antioch Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High Schools. Homeowners association dues will be around $1000 annually.

Toll Brothers offers 9 floor plans ranging from their Audubon ranch plan around 3,100 square feet with master suite down up to their over 4,700 square foot Henley plan with dramatic double staircase. This builder’s section is closest to the amenities and has the largest number of available home sites and 3 cul-de-sacs.
Meritage Homes is located in the area that was formerly approved as The Enclave at Weddington. Pricing starts from the mid $500’s. Their 5 home plans range from around 3,600 square feet in the Bradbury plan up to over 4,700 square feet in the Sinclair plan. There are 42 lots in this Meritage section of The Falls.
