Existing homes in this neighborhood were primarily built from 2007-2015 and feature full brick exteriors, city water and city sewer. Homeowners dues are approximately $418 per year
M/I Homes is expected to build approximately 22 new homes in this community starting in 2018. The builder is currently offering 5 floor plans to choose from, ranging from around 2,500 to 3,700 square feet in size. These new homes will feature fiber cement siding with stone and/or brick accents.
Neighborhood children are zoned to attend Fort Mill Elementary, Fort Mill Middle, and Nation Ford High Schools for the 2017-2018 school year. There are no amenities in Kimbrell Crossing but it is located right down the street from Anne Springs Close Greenway.
