Shea Homes is offering around 13 floor plans to choose from ranging from their 2800+ square foot Wyndham plan with 3 bedrooms down and a second floor loft to their 4500+ square foot Hadley plan with a three car garage and option for a fourth! Prices currently start from the mid $400’s with most homes currently being built out in the $500’s.
Homes are either four sides brick or fiber cement siding with at least a two car side entry garage. Residents in the Enclave at Massey have use of the Massey amenities down the street, which include a clubhouse, pool, lazy river, water slide, exercise room, and recreational areas. There are plans for an outdoor gathering area with a fireplace that will be located closer to the river in the Enclave section. Homeowners dues are approximately $575 per year.
Neighborhood children are zoned to attend Doby’s Bridge Elementary, Banks Trail Middle, and Nation Ford High Schools for the 2017-2018 school year.
