Weddington Glen is a new subdivision of 35 houses on 49 acres in Weddington. Beechwood Carolinas is building luxury homes on these approximately half acre lots located off Weddington Matthews Road just south of the corner of Hemby Road.
Beechwood is offering several plans to build on their remaining lots. These floor plans start from over 3,800 square feet and can increase to well over 5,000 square feet with some lots allowing basements as well. All homes include a 3-car garage and brick or fiber cement siding on the exterior. Properties are serviced by county water and sewer. Prices start just over $1 million.
Weddington Glen will have sidewalks. The homeowners’ dues are currently $600 per quarter. Neighborhood children are zoned to attend Antioch Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High Schools for the 2022-2023 school year.
