Weddington Glen is a newer subdivision of 35 houses on 49 acres in Weddington that were constructed around 2023-2024. Beechwood Carolinas built these luxury homes on approximately half acre lots located off Weddington Matthews Road just south of the corner of Hemby Road.
Beechwood offered several floor plans starting from around 3,800 square feet to well over 5,000 square feet with some basements as well. All homes include a 3-car garage and brick or fiber cement siding on the exterior. Properties are serviced by county water and sewer. Homes in Weddington Glen generally range from around $1.2 to 1.5 million.
Weddington Glen has sidewalks but no other amenities. The homeowners’ dues are currently $600 per quarter. Neighborhood children are zoned to attend Antioch Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High Schools for the 2024-2025 school year.
