Neighborhood Entry
Stonegate is an established neighborhood located along New Town Road in Waxhaw with nice sized lots and established trees. Homes in the neighborhood were built from 1999 until 2002 and are generally vinyl siding with brick accents, however, there are some full brick homes. Prices start in the low $200’s and go to the mid $400’s for homes anywhere from 2,300 square feet up to almost 5,000 square feet when including finished basements.
Neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool with kid’s splash area, a clubhouse, walking trails, and a playground. Homeowner’s dues are approximately $700 per year.
School aged children are currently zoned for New Town Elementary, Cuthbertson Middle, and Cuthbertson High School for the 2015-2016 school year.
