Providence Village is a brand new town home community located beside the new Providence Farms and Waverly Developments. There will be approximately three floor plans to choose from and prices are expected to start from the low $400’s.
The plans offer a choice of master down or up and three or four bedrooms. Size of these homes are around 2400-2500 sq ft and feature back loading two car garages.
John Wieland Homes will be the builder of this community. Mecklenburg county schools will be McKee Road Elementary, Jay M Robinson Middle, and Providence High Schools for the 2018-2019 school year.
