New Construction Subdivisions for Weddington currently selling:

Luna Estates is an emerging new 18 lot subdivision located at Weddington Matthews and Cox Roads with homes to be built by Toll Brothers. This is adjacent to the Bromley neighborhood. Priced from $1.5 million and floor plans start around 4,000 square feet.

Twin Lakes is a newer subdivision located near Beulah Church and Waxhaw-Indian Trail Roads with custom homes and lots available.

Cardinal Crest is a 15 lot custom subdivision of acre home sites off Hemby Road with limited availability remaining.

Weddington Acres is a gated subdivision by Weddington Matthews and Antioch Church Roads with possibilities for custom builds when resale lots are available.

Proposed subdivisions:

Beckingham is a proposed gated community of approximately 40 homes located off Lochaven Road. Builder is currently AR Homes.

The Crossing at Weddington is a proposed development by Jones Homes of approximately 54 homes on 78 acres located at the corner of Rea and Providence Roads. Pricing anticipated to start from $1.5 million.

Classica Homes has two proposed subdivisions in the Weddington area. One is 27 lots off of Hemby Road called Windsor Farms and the other is 5 lots off of Forest Lawn called Weddington Grove.

Empire Communities has a proposed community of 34 homes located off Weddington Road across from Atherton.

Keystone Custom Homes has a 12 lot subdivision approved off Deal Road near Weddington Middle school called Elysian as well as a proposed neighborhood of 12 homes located off Forest Lawn that is seeking approval.

Morris Farm is a proposed 46 lot community off Weddington Matthews Road.

Deal Lake was a proposed Toll Brothers community located off Weddington Road near Aero Plantation. The application was denied so we will see if another proposal will be submitted in the future.
