Neighborhood Entry
Harrison Park is popular neighborhood located just down from the post office in Waxhaw. The majority of the homes here were built from 2003-2006, however, there are a few remaining lots in the subdivision that are currently being built on by Wade Jurney Homes. The existing homes are priced from the low to mid $100’s and do not usually stay on the market long due to the limited number of homes available in this price range in the area. The lots are smaller sized at less than one-tenth of an acre but there are a few properties with up to one-third of an acre. The homes vary from 1,100 square foot ranches up to 2,500 square foot two-story homes with most having a single car garage. The new construction homes have a few basement lots and prices for these new homes go up to the low $200’s. The builder is currently offering 4 plans to choose from.
Neighborhood amenities include a gathering area with a few picnic tables and a grill. Homeowner’s dues are approximately $290 per year.
School aged children are currently zoned for Waxhaw Elementary, Parkwood Middle, and Parkwood High School for the 2015-2016 school year.
