Alma Village is larger neighborhood in Waxhaw with a mix of detached homes and town homes. The homes here were built from 2000-2004 and are attractively priced from the low to mid $200’s. The lots are generally around one-quarter of an acre but there are a few properties with up to one-third of an acre. The homes vary from almost 2,000 square feet to well over 3,000 square feet and can have anywhere from one to three stories.
Homeowner’s dues are approximately $300 per year to cover the common area expenses including a charming domed structure in the entry circle.
School aged children are currently zoned for Waxhaw Elementary, Parkwood Middle, and Parkwood High School for the 2015-2016 school year.
