Bretagne is a brand new gated subdivision coming to Indian Land off Barberville Road. M/I Homes is building new homes starting around 3,400 square feet up to over 5,000 square feet in size. Prices start in the lower $500’s to the higher $500’s based on plan and size.
Homes will feature brick siding, fiber cement siding, and stone accents. Two and three car side-load garage options are available. Lot sizes vary but will be around three-quarters of an acre in size.
Homeowners association dues are approximately $365 per quarter. There is not a pool at this time but there are plans for a pool, cabana, and playground. Neighborhood children are zoned to attend Harrisburg Elementary, Indian Land Middle, and Indian Land High for the 2018-2019 school year.
