Candella is a newer subdivision in Wesley Chapel. Meritage Homes is the builder for this open neighborhood of 64 good-sized acre lots located off Potter Road. Homes will vary in size from the smallest ranch style home, the Pinehurst, at over 2,300 square feet and starting in the lower $300’s to the largest Pamlico plan with over 4,700 square feet starting in the mid $400’s. Meritage is currently offering around 11 floor plans to choose from. Neighborhood children are currently zoned to attend Wesley Chapel Elementary, Sun Valley Middle, and Sun Valley High Schools.
Meritage prides itself on building energy efficient, green homes that include features like spray foam insulation and low VOC paint and carpeting. The Lexington model home is open and includes a showroom explaining their energy saving features. The neighborhood will have a pond but no community pool or clubhouse. Homeowners dues are currently $1000 per year.
