Walden at Providence is an established custom neighborhood located off Rea Road next to Hunter Oaks and Longview. There are approximately 80 lots in Walden, and residents can enjoy a few small ponds interspersed throughout the neighborhood. Homes here vary widely from Southern homes with columns to transitional brick homes to elaborate European-style homes. Lots are spacious with most falling between 1 1/2 and 5 acres in size.
Prices in Walden vary as much as the homes themselves. Depending on lot size and square footage, homes typically will range from the $700’s to well over $1 million. Buyers can expect to find homes with square footages anywhere between 3,600 square feet and 10,000 square feet.
There are no community amenities. However, Walden is located close to The Club at Longview and Providence Country Club as well as the massive LifeTime Fitness. Homeowners’ dues are currently around $1069 per year.
