Tilley Manor is a new Pulte subdivision located off Tilley Morris Road just inside the Mecklenburg county line. There will be only 32 lots on this 14+ acre property so demand will be high. Home sites will average around 1/4 acre and lots will be 60 feet wide with limited possibilities of a few basement lots. There are no current plans for amenities within Tilley Manor, but the subdivision will have a large, natural common area and there could be amenity options in the future.

Neighborhood children are currently zoned for McKee Road Elementary, Jay M. Robinson Middle, and Providence High Schools for the 2017-2018 school year.
