Rose Hill is a small community in Weddington located just across the Mecklenburg county line off Tilley Morris Road. Rose hill began around 2004 with large custom homes and still has a few remaining homes currently being constructed by builders such as John Wieland. The majority of the properties within the neighborhood are around a half acre in size and are serviced by county water and sewer. Community amenities include the pond and fountain and homeowners dues are currently around $1000 per year.
Home styles can be described as European with brick, stone, and stucco exteriors. Prices generally range from the $600’s into the $800’s for these homes in the 3,500 square foot to over 5,000 square foot range.
Neighborhood children are currently zoned for Antioch Elementary and Weddington Middle and High Schools for the 2015-2016 school year.
