Pleasant Plains is a brand new single family community by CalAtlantic Homes located off Pleasant Plains road next to Callonwood. There are plans for 40 homes in this subdivision just inside Union county and next to the town of Matthews. CalAtlantic is currently offering 7 floor plans to choose from starting from the mid $200’s. Their smallest plan is a 1400+ square foot ranch and their largest plan (at just over 3,500 square feet) starts from the mid $300’s.
Neighborhood children are zoned to attend Indian Trail Elementary, Sun Valley Middle, and Sun Valley High Schools for the 2017-2018 school year.
