Inverness on Providence is a new subdivision by Standard Pacific (now CalAtlantic) Homes in Waxhaw that will feature 113 home sites. Homes will be around 3,000 to 4,000 square feet in size and will have 2-car garages with some basement lots available. Home sites are around a quarter of an acre. The neighborhood will feature sidewalks, an approximately 2,500 square foot clubhouse, competition-sized pool complete with a splash and play area, and walking trails. The amenity center is expected to open in summer 2016. Homeowners dues should be around $1,020 for the year.
The subdivision is located off Providence Road South near the area across from Bonds Grove Church Road and just up from CMC-Waxhaw and Lowe’s. The two model homes are now open. Currently, CalAtlantic has three floor plans available to build in Inverness including the Carlisle, the Leslie, and their largest 3,800+ square foot plan, the Kinley.
