Harrington Hall is a subdivision of custom homes and larger homesites off McNeeley Road in Waxhaw. Homes generally start around 2,800 square feet and go up to over 4,000 square feet in this neighborhood of approximately 25 homes. Lots are around an acre in size with some lots closer to 2 acres and all homes are service by well and septic systems. Homeowners dues are approximately $250 per year.
Neighborhood children are zoned to attend Western Union Elementary, Parkwood Middle, and Parkwood High Schools for the 2017-2018 school year.
