Beginnings of this new subdivision
The Cottages at Indian Trail is a proposed subdivision located along Waxhaw-Indian Trail Road just south of Fincher Road. There will be approximately 49 home sites on 14 acres and lots will average around 6,000 square feet in size. This will be an age targeted community for 55+ with home plans starting around 1850 square feet with some options for finished second floors. Prices are expected to start from the low $300’s.
H & H Homes will be the builder of this community. Schools have not been confirmed, but Union county attendance map indicates Indian Trail Elementary, Sun Valley Middle, and Sun Valley High Schools for the 2018-2019 school year.
