Neighborhood Entry
Valhalla Farms is an established neighborhood located along Waxhaw Marvin Road with generous acreage for privacy and equestrian friendly living. Homes in the neighborhood were built from 1970’s up until the 2000’s. There is a wide variety of homes in this neighborhood so there is not one particular look, size, or style to describe. Visitors can see a 2,300 square foot ranch or a two-story basement home with over 7,000 square feet and everything in between. Because of the diversity within the neighborhood, prices are wide-ranging as well. Homes might be priced from the low $300’s or go to the millions.
Homeowner’s dues are approximately $130 per year. The former neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool and tennis courts are now the Waxhaw Marvin Swim and Tennis Club. Residents are not required to join.
School aged children are currently zoned for New Town Elementary, Cuthbertson Middle, and Cuthbertson High School for the 2015-2016 school year.
