Wyndmoor in Marvin is a newer community of homes now being sold by Century Homes. Other builders include Sinacori and LiveWell. Neighborhood is located off Waxhaw Marvin Road next to Providence Downs South. There will be 12 homes total in this subdivision and homes should feature full brick and stone veneer as well as three car garages.
Wyndmoor is currently zoned for Sandy Ridge Elementary, Marvin Ridge Middle, and Marvin Ridge High Schools for the 2017-2018 school year. Homeowners fees are approximately $375 per quarter.
