New Towne Village  is an established subdivision built from 2003 to 2005 with home prices generally in the $200’s. Amenities include a community pool, playground, and large entry pond with a fountain, bench, and sidewalk. Home sizes range from approximately 1900 square feet to around 3200 square feet with both side load and front load garages. HOA dues are currently around $680 per year.
Neighborhood children are currently zoned to attend Western Union Elementary, Parkwood Middle, and Parkwood High School for the 2015-2016 school year.
