Many of the one-third to one-half acre lots in this beautiful neighborhood will back to mature trees. This will be a conservation neighborhood with about half the land designated as conservation area. Home sites will be serviced by county water and sewer. There are no current plans for a pool or clubhouse amenities. HOA fees are around $182 per month.

Weddington Preserve is located in the Weddington school cluster and currently students will attend Weddington Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High Schools for the 2016-2017 school year.
