Willowcroft is a newer community of 54 homes located off Chestnut Lane. Homes were built by Meritage Homes. Meritage was offering about seven floor plans including the smaller sized Pinehurst II Ranch plan up to the larger Hamilton II at over 4,000 square feet. Prices started from the $320’s and the first homes were ready around July 2015. Lots are around a quarter acre with some lots backing to the community pond. Homeowner dues are approximately $600 per year.
Willowcroft is currently located within the Weddington school cluster of Antioch Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High for the 2017-2018 school year.
