Neighborhood Description
Willow Oaks is an established community in Weddington with large sized acre+ lots and a good location near south Charlotte and Matthews. Homes in this neighborhood were primarily built starting in the late 1980’s up until around 2000 and vary widely in exterior appeal from ranches and traditional 2 story brick homes to farmhouse and transitional style homes. Prices will vary as well but generally range from around $400,000 up to the $600’s for most of the properties. There are no neighborhood amenities but Weddington Swim and Racquet Club is just up the road. Homeowners association dues are around $150 per year.
The children in the neighborhood are currently assigned to Antioch Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High Schools for the 2018-2019 school year.
