Weddington Trace is a large neighborhood of single family homes that began around 2005 and the last homes were built in 2015.  Builders include Ryan Homes and Standard Pacific Homes.  Sites vary anywhere from one-third of an acre to well over an acre and some floor plans include basements or third floors. Homes are typically full brick exteriors with a smaller number of  fiber cement and stucco homes.  Sizes range from around 2,700 square feet up to around 4,500 square feet with pricing generally from the low $400’s to the mid $600’s.
The community has full amenities including a swimming pool, kids splash zone, tennis courts, clubhouse, pond, and walking trails. Â Homeowners dues are around $785 per year. Â Neighborhood children are currently zoned for New Town Elementary, Cuthbertson Middle, and Cuthbertson High Schools for the 2015-2016 school year.
