Tuscany is a neighborhood located off Billy Howey Road that is a blend of existing homes and new construction. Past builders included K. Hovnanian and currently Ryland Homes and Standard Pacific Homes (now Cal-Atlantic Homes) are building in Tuscany. The neighborhood features nice sized lots with most backing to trees and natural area as well as a community pool with kids splash area, clubhouse, playground, walking trails, sidewalks, and green space.
Ryland is closing out their available lots in Tuscany with possibly only one or two left to build on. They will be beginning another community located nearby soon called Cavaillon.
Standard Pacific/Cal-Atlantic is currently offering two sections within Tuscany called the Trails and the Estates. The Trails at Tuscany has four home plans available from the $320’s to the $350’s while the Estates at Tuscany has six plans starting from the $350’s to $440’s on slightly larger lots.
