Enclave at Baxley is a new subdivision of 35 houses on approximately 43 acres in a prime location in Weddington. Well-known Toll Brothers is building luxury homes on these approximately one-third to half acre lots located off Providence and Hemby Roads just south of the popular restaurants and shops of Waverly. Their model home is not yet completed, but sales have already started.
Toll Brothers is offering several plans to build on their remaining lots. These floor plans start around 4,000 square feet and can increase to over 5,000 square feet. Homes offer options for a 3-car or 4-car garage as well as multi-generational suites for buyers needing that separate living space on the first floor. Properties are serviced by county water and sewer. Prices start around $1 million.
The Enclave will have an open green space in the center of the community and the majority of homesites back to trees. Neighborhood children are zoned to attend Rea View Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High Schools for the 2022-2023 school year.
