Providence Grove is an established neighborhood located just off Providence Road in Waxhaw.  Homes were built from 2004 until 2010 by Ryland Homes.  Sites are around one-third of an acre and a small number of properties have basements.  Homes are typically vinyl exteriors with a brick or stone accents.  Sizes range from around 2,500 square feet up to around 4,000 square feet with pricing generally from the mid $200’s to the high $300’s.
The community has amenities including a swimming pool with splash zone and walking trails. Â Homeowners dues are around $700 per year. Â Neighborhood children are currently zoned for New Town Elementary, Cuthbertson Middle, and Cuthbertson High Schools for the 2015-2016 school year.
