Providence Glen is an established neighborhood located just off Providence Road just south of New Town Road. Homes were built from 2002 until 2005 by Centex Homes. Sites vary from around one-third of an acre up to one acre and a small number of properties have basements. Homes are typically vinyl exteriors with a brick or stone accents. Sizes range from around 3,000 square feet up to almost 5,000 square feet with pricing generally from the mid $300’s to the mid $400’s.
The community has a neighborhood picnic area with fireplace, walking trails, and a small pond. Homeowners dues are just under $400 per year. Neighborhood children are currently zoned for Sandy Ridge Elementary, Marvin Ridge Middle, and Marvin Ridge High Schools for the 2018-2019 school year.
