Oakland Pointe is a new subdivision just beginning in Fort Mill off Kimbrell Road. The builder of these 100 single family homes is CalAtlantic. Prices range from the $300’s to $400’s for these homes which vary from 1.5 stories to 2 stories with some basement lots available. Sites are around .15 ac in size and homes will feature fiber cement siding and two-car front load garages. The builder is currently offering 5 floor plans to choose from.
Neighborhood children are zoned to attend Fort Mill Elementary, Fort Mill Middle, and Nation Ford High Schools for the 2017-2018 school year. Homeowners fees are currently around $52 per month and there is no plan for a community pool.
