Grove Manor is an upcoming active adult community in Waxhaw located off Waxhaw-Marvin Road just south of Prescot.
The neighborhood is planned in two phases. Phase one will have 46 lots on approximately 15 acres while phase two will have 56 lots on 20 acres. The lots will be around 55 feet wide and at least 6,000 square feet in size. Homes will range from around 1,500-2,800 square feet and be constructed in a craftsman style with two-car front load garages. There are currently 4 plans being offered. These are all ranch plans with options including a finished bedroom/bonus upstairs, covered porch, screened porch, and sunroom.
There are plans for a community clubhouse as well as a pickle ball court. The builder anticipates the model home will be started in May.
Yard maintenance will be included and prices are expected to start from the mid $200’s. The builder will be Broadstreet Homes.
