Kensington Place is a brand new subdivision by Cal-Atlantic (Ryland) Homes on Kensington Drive across the street from Kensington Elementary and Millbridge in Waxhaw. There are plans for only 20 home sites in this smaller community but lots will range in size from three-quarters of an acre to about 1.5 acres. Prices to start from the $400’s for around 2,400 square feet plans and increase for larger plans up to over 3,600 square feet. There are 5 floor plans to choose from, including the Chesapeake ranch to the master down Oakwood plan.
There are no amenities planned for this subdivision. Homeowners dues are around $1300 per year. Neighborhood children are currently zoned for Cuthbertson schools.
