Drayton Hall Estates is located off Crane Road between Rea Road and New Town Road. This neighborhood began around 2002 as an intimate subdivision of custom homes by various builders with construction ending around 2007. This subdivision is serviced by county water and sewer. Square footage starts just over 3,000 square feet and goes up to well over 6,000 square feet including finished basements. Lots range from 1/2 acre up to around 1 acre. Prices can range anywhere from the $500’s up to the $900’s depending on size and features. The community does not have an amenity center, but does have walking trails and extensive common area. Homeowners’ association dues are currently around $500 per year.
Neighborhood children are currently zoned for Marvin Elementary, Marvin Ridge Middle, and Marvin Ridge High School for the 2015-2016 school year.
