Champion Forest is an established neighborhood located across from Cuthbertson Schools in Waxhaw with generous lots and established trees. Homes in the neighborhood were built from 2003 until 2006 by James Custom Homes and Turnberry and are generally traditional, full brick veneer. Prices start in the high $300’s and go to the mid $600’s for homes anywhere from 3,00 square feet up to over 5,000 square feet. There are a mix a one, two and three story homes with some basements.
Neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool, a clubhouse, walking trails, and a playground. Homeowner’s dues are approximately $610 per year.
School aged children are currently zoned for New Town Elementary, Cuthbertson Middle, and Cuthbertson High School for the 2015-2016 school year.
