Providence Forest Estates is an existing neighborhood located in Weddington just over the Mecklenburg border.  These large, predominantly full brick homes were built around 2005-2011 by Orleans Homebuilders.  Most of the homes within this subdivision are at least 4,000 square feet with some reaching well over 7,000 square feet including finished basements and/or finished third floor space.  There are usually not many homes up for sale within this neighborhood but prices are generally in the high $400’s to $700’s.

There are no community amenities but the neighborhood is located only a short drive from the Weddington Swim & Racquet or Providence Country Club for residents desiring the use of a pool or tennis courts.  The homeowners dues are around $750 per year.

School-aged children are currently zoned for Antioch Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High Schools for the 2018-2019 school year.
