Tullamore is an newer subdivision located next to Marvin Creek and just off Rea Road. Pulte Homes is the only builder in this subdivision with prices currently starting in the mid $600’s. There are only about 45 home sites in this subdivision and amenities are planned to include a small pocket park and walking trails. Homeowners dues are approximately $180 per month. Most of the lots are around 3/4 acre and generally flat.
