Vintage Creek Savannah Model Home

CalAtlantic Homes is selling new construction homes in Vintage Creek and the second section of lots is now open.  Their two model homes, the Savannah and the Milford, are open and Vintage Creek will have around 90 homes when the community is complete.  This newer subdivision is located near Matthews-Weddington Road and Antioch Church Road with easy access to south Charlotte and Matthews.  The builder is offering 5 floor plans with fiber cement siding, three car garages, and optional porches on 90′ wide lots.  Homes will range in size from 3100 square feet to over 4500 square feet with some basement lots available.  Prices start around the mid $500’s.  Vintage Creek does not have plans for an amenity center but there is a community pond and plans for a possible pocket park.  The Weddington Swim and Racquet Club is just around the corner and the Siskey YMCA is located only a few minutes away for residents who want a pool and/or tennis courts.  The children in the neighborhood are currently assigned to Antioch Elementary, Weddington Middle, and Weddington High Schools.  Homeowners dues are currently around $750 per year.
