Oldenburg is a brand new subdivision of 128 lots off Crane Road in Marvin. The neighborhood will eventually link down to New Town Road. The builder is Shea Homes. Amenities should include a community pool, gathering area, and playground over the spacious 130 acres of land. Shea Homes has just started construction of their future model homes, the Hadley and the Amherst.
The first homes are now being listed in Oldenburg for delivery around March 2018! View listings here. HOA dues will be approximately $1200 per year. Neighborhood children are zoned for Marvin Elementary, Marvin Ridge Middle, and Marvin Ridge High schools for the 2017-2018 school year.
Home sites will be approximately a half-acre up to just under an acre. Prices start from the mid $600’s. Home sizes will vary from around 3,800 square feet up to 6,000 square feet. Floor plans include some new plans as well as some long-standing favorites like the Alpine and the Avalon. Look for full brick homes and three garages as a standard in Oldenburg with options for up to 5 garage bays.
