Oldenburg is a newer subdivision of 128 lots off Crane Road in Marvin. The builder is Empire (formerly known as Shea Homes.) Amenities include a community pool, gathering area, and playground over the spacious 130 acres of land.
The first homes were completed around March 2018. HOA dues are approximately $1200 per year. Neighborhood children are zoned for Marvin Elementary, Marvin Ridge Middle, and Marvin Ridge High schools for the 2021-2022 school year.
Home sites are approximately a half-acre up to just under an acre. Prices currently start around $1 million. Home sizes will vary from around 3,800 square feet up to 6,000 square feet. Floor plans include some new plans as well as some favorites like the Grayson and the Providence. Look for full brick homes and three garages as a standard in Oldenburg with options for up to 5 garage bays.
